False Gods’ Fall (acronym “FGF”) is a trademark managed by Armando Armijo Castro, who is the sole party responsible for the processing of the
personal data that you provide us.
The personal data that we may collect from you will be used for the following purposes:
- Address: To deliver our products and services.
- Telephone: To give notices that require urgent attention regarding the preparation or processes after the delivery of the products and services.
- Email: For the exchange of information related to our products and services, whether they are about to be delivered, in a promotion, or some type of
pre- or post-sale attention.
- RFC: Requirement of the new Mexican legislation of 2022 to be able to make postal shipments.
- Comply with the requirements made by the authorities when necessary to save the public interest, the prosecution, or the administration of justice.
Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary, but that allow us and facilitate us to provide you
with better service:
- Contact frequency statistics, sex, age, language, and geographic location.
- Ratings, reviews, comments, complaints, suggestions, and any type of feedback towards our products and services to serve and improve.
- Conversations, writings, and documents (hiding any personal data) may be shared and published in any medium of our choice as evidence of
agreements between the two parties.

can state this by sending an email to contacto@fgf.mx expressing this desire, which must contain the:
- The name of the owner and his address or any other means to receive notifications;
- Documents that prove the identity of the owner, and if applicable, the personality and identity of his representative;
- If possible, the responsible area that processes the personal data;
- A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you are seeking to exercise any of the data unless it is a right of access;
- A description of the action you intend to take, or what the owner is requesting, and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, if applicable.
If you request rectification, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the necessary official documentation to support your
request. In the right to cancelation, you must state the reasons that motivate the elimination. And in the right to object, you must state the reasons
that justify ending the processing of the personal data and the damage or harm that it would cause, or, if the objection is partial, you must indicate
the specific purposes with which you do not agree, provided that it is not a mandatory requirement.
Within 15 business days, you will be answered by the same means notifying you of the actions taken.
If you do not express your refusal to the conservation and treatment of the aforementioned data, it will be understood that you have given your
consent.
This Privacy Notice may be subject to modifications derived from new legal requirements, needs to be related to the business model, or for other
reasons not yet contemplated. These changes will be published on the site https://fgf.mx/ in its “Privacy Notices” section.
The data collected by third-party companies and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Mercado Libre, etc.) are different from the FGF. Mx domain, which is used
for the purchase of our products or communication with us. They are their responsibility under their own privacy policies that you must read and
accept if you agree; therefore, the integrity and safeguarding of your data are not the responsibility of Armando Armijo Castro.
